Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you full authority over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one e-mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your email mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the mail account you want to redirect mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
